Hands down the best experience we’ve had with a company doing work on our home. We found them through an internet search, looking for quotes for a complete chimney overhaul. From the first phone call to the day, they completed the work, everyone we talked to was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! Yup, they were all nice people! We noticed a small issue after they were finished. Within 24 hours, the owner had been out to look at it and a technician was sent out to correct the problem. Brandon, the Affordable Chimney Sweeps technician, inspected my chimney and found a dangerous problem that had been missed by another company’s inspector. As a result, I contracted to have Affordable replace the chimney liners and do other repairs to both the fireplace and heating exhaust systems. Their quoted price was 20% lower than the others. The estimated time for the work was 2.5 days. They came in on time and worked hard without breaks until the rain started late in the afternoon. They came back the next day and surprisingly finished in a couple of hours. They worked hard, they were courteous, and they answered all my questions. They cleaned up carefully.
