As a result, I contracted to have Affordable replace the chimney liners and do other repairs to both the fireplace and heating exhaust systems. Their quoted price was 20% lower than the others. The estimated time for the work was 2.5 days. They came in on time and worked hard without breaks until the rain started late in the afternoon.
